- Any fees for listings ended early because of this violation will not be credited to your account.
Listing an item in an inappropriate category is not allowed.
Many buyers narrow their search to a specific category. Including items that do not belong in a particular category makes search results less helpful and can result in fewer purchases. It also confuses buyers who may be unclear about what is actually being offered. This can lead to buyers filing claims.
Please select a category that is an exact match for the item you are selling, so that buyers can find what they are looking for. A good guideline is that if a category exists that fits your item more closely, then it should be listed there.

и кто-нибудь, кто продаёт на eBay получал подобное сообщение?я просмотрела раздел продаж из России, у большинства точно такая же категория, как и у меня: Dolls & Bears>Dolls>By Brand, Company, Character>Integrity, Fashion Royalty
буду благодарна за любую информацию.
и что именно они пишут про три дня? у меня больше недели вообще нет никаких продаж, никаких открытых позиций, где можно было бы изменить категорию. или эту категорию нужно менять уже и в проданных несколько недель назад товарах?
их удалили быстро чуть ли не день в день, но там нарушение посерьезнее, чем товарный знак.
Мне кажется, это мелкие придирки из-за особой "любви" к россиянам.
Может быть такое, что покупатель просто исчерпал свой месячный лимит на покупки, возможно он не верифицировал свой ППаккаунт и лимиты у него низкие? Когда я задаю эти вопросы на своем кривом английском покупателю, то он не понимает о чем речь.
